This is the expanded 4th edition of 2014. 10th impression of 2018. 

Dr Mitrachandra L Dhawale lived from 1927 to 1987. He was converted to homeopathy after his homeopathic father treated his perforated appendix. He was the impetus behind the highly influential Institute of Clinical Research in Bombay. 

The first edition of Principles and Practice of Homoeopathy arrived in 1967. Its original format and style of presentation have seen various changes over the editions. The latest fourth edition has seen changes to the Study of Homeopathic Therapeutics section, including Angina Pectoris, Myocardial Ischaemia and Haemorrhoids. The 'How to Study Homeopathic Materia Medica' section regarding Phosphorus and Mercury has also been changed. 

The book now has better quality paper, larger pages and has 687 pages.
